“ Good pizza and salad. Easy place to grab a casual bite. First time eating here, would recommend if asked. ”
“ Great beer selection with a nice rotation of premium micro brews! Pizza selection is awesome served by an attentive staff that works hard to make sure everything is satisfactory. Neat old school tavern with a pool table and horseshoe bar. ”
“ The Village Inn is a fantastic dive with friendly service. They have lots of indoor seating as well as a patio, and a large bar. It's a very casual spot and the menu is affordable, but the food will blow you away! I was so surprised to find out that they make a lot of their own food - pizza crust, all of their sauces, pickles, fries, and I might be missing a few. I HIGHLY recommend their pizza and their fish platter. ”
“ Fun local bar to check out if you are in the area. We often stop here after work on a Friday for Happy Hour. We've never had a problem coming in with a large group and there is plenty of parking. The have a quality selection of drinks and the food is good. You can't go wrong with the wings or the pizza. My favorite would be the dry rub wings. Very clean establishment and there are always nice people working or just there for a beer. It's in a cool area as well. Check out Chippewa Lake which is right down the road. ”
“ My wife and I have visited this bar on a few occasions when they have had live music. They have ample parking and can handle large groups. There are a couple of pool tables and an outside smoking area. History shows the building used to be a hotel and nostalgic pictures and decor of Chippewa Lake Amusement Park adorn the walls. This is a regular hangout for locals because of both their food and drink.Typical foods entice more beverage consumption, and they do make a pretty good thin crust pizza! Good place to hang out with friends and enjoy a brew or two, reminisce about the park, or listen to live bands. We will be returning. ”
“ We had our last soccer game for the indoor season and went here after the game. The bartenders were more than accommodating with our group. Really good when it came time for the billl. We wound up splitting the check as most of the food was shared. The wings were very good. We had a dry rub Cajun, dry rub jerk and a mild bbq. They were a good size and full of flavor. Would recommend them to others. A coupled of our other teammates picked a wrap, gyros and a sandwich. All were happy with their selections. We will likely go back as the weather warms and can enjoy Chippewa Lake. ”
“ Great local tavern. Their burgers are delicious. We've always enjoyed everything we've order from here. Don't expect anything fancy, it's just a great little local place to get a drink and some great food and snacks. ”
“ You'll hear it's the only place to go in Chippewa - but I can assure you it is one of the coolest places on the planet. Few others match its character. The people who run it are cool, friendly, funny, and a step ahead of you the whole time. Check it out. ”
“ I eat here on a fairly regular basis as I live within walking distance! Yes, the pizza is great and certainly the best I've had in the area, although pizza is always a question of personal taste. The real treat here is the burger. There are a variety of toppings although I prefer the burger topped with swiss cheese and onions, cooked to "medium". They also have very yummy home-cut fries. Tuesday is half-price wings, Wednesday is half-price burgers, and Thursday is half-price pizza. All their specials are dine in only, no discounts for take out. Service is better than average and the only thing they lack is more variety in their wine selection. All in all, well worth a stop if you're in the area!! UPDATE: they are now open on Mondays!! ”
